The client wanted a home that could be built in phases, without ever looking incomplete at any stage. The façade was therefore crafted with a flexible design language: each phase appears whole on its own, while seamlessly preparing for the addition of future layers. The exterior maintains a sense of balance and continuity, ensuring that whether one or multiple floors are built, the home always feels complete and elegant. Inside, spaces are planned with adaptability in mind — layouts that remain functional and welcoming today, yet are capable of expanding to embrace the family’s changing needs tomorrow.
